Executive Presence

It is generally thought that a powerful, confident, and competent appearance can enhance our chances of professional success. Most ambitious business people would love to project competence, confidence, and power and demonstrate ease in front of audiences from four to four thousand. We all know people who do this well. But for most, it remains a mystery how they do all the many subtle things to achieve that personal aura that personal magnetism. Lots of factors go into this overall appearance. We call this congeries of attributes by a catchall, we give it a name charisma, persona, or presence.

Executive Presence is really a combination of many characteristics, qualities, and attributes working together to yield an impressive image, a powerful persona. The term Executive Presence means different things to different people. It is sometimes equated with Professional Presence, Charisma, and Personal Branding. We all know it when we see it. And wouldn't most of us who aspire to lofty goals in the business world love to have it?

But what is it? Do we really need it? What is the ROI on Executive Presence? Can we disaggregate and isolate the various components of Executive Presence and improve each one? It turns out that we can. A powerful Executive Presence is a combination of identifiable factors that we can, indeed, improve with practice. This seminar takes a giant leap forward in assisting you to master the techniques that generate a powerful professional presence.

In this seminar, we break down Executive Presence into manageable parts and start to work on each one voice, gesture, stance, appearance, charisma, and personal brand. This is not all there is to Executive Presence, by any stretch, but it gets us started with a program whose good effects continue far beyond the limited time we have together.
