Course Description:

Companies need to build strong relationships with external stakeholders like clients and prospects, while simultaneously engaging their internal stakeholders, such as employees. During this session, our guest speaker will examine key factors that influence organizational connections. Participants will learn about the psychological foundations of engagement, control, and trust. Participants will also learn how to develop and implement actionable plans, which incorporate these fundamentals.

The Presenter:

Laura has her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and ran her own Registered Investment Advisory firm as a retirement specialist for almost a decade where she coached over 200 clients toward financial independence by co-creating comprehensive financial life plans that aligned with their unique core values, life purpose, and financial aspirations.

She was a featured writer for Nerdwallet and was the financial expert on the local CBS affiliate for their Money Monday morning program for over 3 years. Laura was also awarded one of the top 100 financial blogs in the United States in 2016 and is now featured as an expert panelist of financial coaches on the nationally syndicated ETV “Plan Stronger TV” program which airs in over 80 affiliates across the nation.

Prior to her financial planning and coaching career, Laura worked for Fortune 100 companies as an engineer and marketing executive. She is now an Executive and Professional Coach who is passionate about providing CARE (Clarity, Abundance, Resiliency, and Energy) to evoke transformation in her clients’ personal and professional lives.
