Governance, Risk, & Compliance Frameworks for Small/Medium Entities 

Governance, risk management, and compliance-control ("GRC") issues have taken center stage across industry over the last several years. Ethical concerns and considerations are at the core of GRC areas of emphasis. Small/ Medium Sized Entities ("SMEs") are not immune to such sensitive issues. Large, public companies have access to extensive internal and external resources enabling them to build and maintain comprehensive GRC frameworks designed to promote/ support the ethical achievement of organizational goals/ objectives. But what about SMEs? How can SMEs build such vital GRC frameworks as efficiently as possible while functioning in a much more limited resource environment?
